Excellent communication throughout the process, I don't believe I ever waited more than an hour for a call back when I had questions. There were some small hurdles in the last couple days related to VA requirements that needed to be cleared...

Had a great experience working with Eric Nelson at New American Funding. He and his team were excellent at communicating exactly where the buyer was in the process of being approved for the mortgage which is a huge relief as a listing agent!...

Each step in the buyer's process was very well communicated and that's so crucial for a listing agent to know!
