Being a first time home buyer, I had no clue on what to expect. Dave was able to explain things to me in a simple way that I understood every bit of it. It was really great working with Dave. I highly recommend Dave!

Friendly staff, ready to advise, willing to be available for questions and ready to explain the need for some of the complicated documents and how to get them.

Jacob was very attentive and painstakingly navigated less than ideal circumstances to help get the loan processed in time and secure it. We looked at it many different ways and he ran multiple scenarios, explaining each step along the way.
