Great communicator and very honest.

I was the buyer and had a difficult situation with a bankruptcy history. I was assured that my loan would close on time and that there would be no issues. When it came close to the closing date, my lender told me that we needed an extension...

Ty and team were consistently engaged in updating us and walking us through what was needed to make this sale happen. Every question I had was answered timely. The energy was always positive. Great experience!

I never had a problem with the Team especially Ty. I was out of the country before the closing date. He took care of everything.

Just to make sure you’re listening to needs to be met about not wanting to cover Specific amount for mortgage, including HOA that’s my only need that was not met. I’m paying more than I wanted to.
