I had the best time working with Samuel and his team. They are very experienced, Quick, and well organize I will recommend anyone that is looking for a home loans to contact Luminate Home Loan.

All of the options that were provided to get the results that we were looking for. I've never felt so in control during a refinance process. The communication throughout the entire process was spot on!

Sam and the Luminate team do it again. Amazing customer service, responsive and fantastic attitude. I always look forward to sending clients Sam's way as I know they will be taken care of.

Samuel was wonderful. His weekly reports where great and very helpful throughout the transaction. Very easy to contact and always was professional and polite to talk with.

Jason, Jeni, and the rest of his team went above and beyond to help me with this nightmare of a deal. Thanks for all the hard work and time you guys put in...much appreciated! Love you all!

Working with Michael and his team on behalf of our shared Buyer clients is always a transaction I look forward to. Keeping everyone up to date and immediate notification of any issues that arise in order for them to be worked through is critical...

Good communication. He actually answers his phone to talk. He met all the deadlines, which were pretty tight.
