Other than the delay caused by my HOA's poorly designed app element home and Brent and Max were very efficient and got the job done.

Had a great experience w Paul and Preferred Rate! Paul walked us through all the details and options of our refinance, and was always patient and accommodating. Felt like we not only had a guide through the process, but an advocate as well....

Shadeed the loan consult was truly a pleasure to work with . He was extremely knowledgeable very professional and most importantly available . He made this a very smooth stressfree process .
