Shadeed is one of the most knowledgeable Loan officers I've ever worked with.

The visit with the Notary was confusing. We had to sign documents that had already been e-signed and she was clueless about the contents. On snapdoc, the review included the same documents and was also confusing.

Sarah was helpfull with the loan process. Underwriter asked for unreasonable items like dental office taxes and insurance information , it raised eyebrows when I had to approach the insurance company which had the malpractice insurance information...
