Katherine was extremely responsive and made what could have been a frustrating and tedious process extremely painless from the start. She was also extremely knowledgeable and willing and able to answer my many questions as a first time homebuyer....

1. Communication was inconsistent amongst the team.2. Communication was poor with us, we were not notified that we would have to come in to sign closing documents until that morning. 3. There should have been some checklist or something provided...
