Paul Rippee

Paul moved to Nashville in 2001 and earned a business degree from Belmont University before spending more than a decade as a touring and recording musician. In 2008, he began working with Lee Brice, leading to 12 years of international touring, television appearances, and nine No. 1 songs. Following the pandemic, Paul transitioned into the mortgage industry to pursue his passion for helping others achieve financial security through homeownership. Today, he and his team at New American Funding are dedicated to making the homebuying process clear, informed, and enjoyable for every client — from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. When he’s not working, Paul enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Kirsten, and their son, Van.
