I’ve already explained in previous comment that I wasn’t offered things like waiving our escrow account and Heather did not update my loan amount and terms in a timely manner. It may have been the case that I wouldn’t have needed the appraisal....

Heather was great! She was always super fast with communication. She also understood my needs and what I was trying to accomplish. Overall, she was very helpful!!
