Ever thing went smoothly it was a joy working with joy kept me up to date as things went along thanks joy

I would highly recommend Joy because she was so helpful during our entire loan process. She was always happy to answer any questions we had and with this being our first home loan we had a lot of them.

Amber and her team are easy to work with and they keep you in the loop with everything going on.

Amber and team handle everything from start to finish. They are very organized and have excellent communication skills! They make every transaction easy and pleasant!

Joy was wonderful to work with.. Any questions I would ask ? She always had the answer and kept me informed on the progress of this loan with continual updates..

It was smooth and simple just a lot of paperwork to sign which is typical for buying a house, but kept me updated on the entire process and worked to even have the closing date moved up for me. Great team here.

After 2 VA loans and 1 refinance, Amber (and her team) still put just as much effort into the process as if it were my first loan with them. I greatly appreciate them coming to me with a lower rates (2.25%!!) to save me a fortune overtime....

Everything was pretty good, except that it wouldn't have helped everyone if we had known from the start that the USDA was going to take longer than a month to process. Other than that, Joy was fairly prompt at answering questions and communicating...
