Keenan helped me out alot, he was easy to work with and was very knowledgeable on helping me buy a home. I would recommend him to friends and family for purchasing a home.

Follow through and communication was great.

Kendall was great, but the overall process with New American Funding was very frustrating. Maybe it's the mortgage approval process/industry itself that needs improvement, but the Underwriting team we dealt with seemed inept and disorganized....

New American stepped in where another lender had dropped the ball. They were able to work with us quickly and get us into our dream house in no time!

Just seemed to be very all over the place with document request and seemed like alot of stuff was needed last minute when we could have been working on it for weeks or longer. Not the easiest experience to go through and it just added alot...
