This whole refinancing process was supposed to take less than three weeks the most and it took two months and I ended up in worse financial duress than I was when I first started. I did not get the amount of cash that I needed at the table...

Alexis was always intouch and giving updates. Alexis is the Best agent we have ever had! We would recommend her to everyone!

A little bit faster response times and communication would have been appreciated. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.
