Andres has been quick to answer my questions on the loan, very polite and patient throughout the loan process. I will give him 5 stars. He would update me on all developments on the loan and promptly reply to my emails.

Sage, was understanding and supportive. She also addressed problems when they arrived.

She was almost always available immediately to answer my questions. This is in contrast to another company I was speaking with at the time that would not respond for over a week each time.
