Refinancing through the same company should be a single click, and the income verification process is a mess. Sage was on top of things, but there are no good reasons that any of this should be as long or as tedious as it was, or so repetitive...

This process took about three months longer than it should have. The underwriters ask too many stupid questions. My file went through several hands and nobody leaves notes so they didn't know what was going on.

Answered questions and concerns I had. Gave advice on which direction would meet my goals on what I wanted out of the refi. Easy to talk to and explained everything along the way.
