Constant communication, alway's keeping me updated on what stage the process was in or if there were any changes to the agreement. I felt as though Raymond was actually trying to get me the best deal he could, which made me much more at ease...

It took from the middle of June till now for our mortgage to close today is Oct 15 and it still is not all complete
