Very helpful with the whole process!!

It was a smooth process. Jessica was quick to respond to questions.

Anthony explained the process, he was extremely responsive and helpful. There were no surprises and the entire process went smoothly and fast. The entire refinance took less than 30 days. Amazing!!

Lack of proper follow up and transparency in what the cause for delay on the file actually was. No sense of urgency or empathy was shown to the situation the borrowers were dealing with due to the delays on the lending side due to an oversight...

Katelyn was very responsive, she would update all parties constantly. There was never a moment we had wonder what was going on in the process.
