The process was completed after 60± days. I have never had a refinance take this long or ask for so much information. Most of which was from years ago and was cleared from credit history years ago. The communication was very poor taking weeks...

I didn’t say it wasn’t memorable. There was just some confusion with what we could and couldn’t spend. When we asked if we could pay our debts off we were told not to then right before closing we where told we couldn’t close unless we paid...
