The loan officer needs to improve his customer service and deliver to what he promised to the client, poor responding to clients email and phone messages, did not work side by side with client from the beginning to the end, lack of communication...

Guillaume, made this process easy ... he took the time to explain how everything worked and answered all of my questions. I tend to get anxious and panic a little when I don't completely understand things and Guillaume put me at ease.
