Julie is very helpful, knowledgeable, and responded quick to our questions and concerns.

The communication was bad. I was mostlt unaware of what changed in my closing doc. I was blind sided at closing with coats and a payment that is not what i discussed. Had i had more time i would have went to a different lender.

Cj was great finding me the best deal and getting me a letter over so I could jump on the great deal of a house I found. I found the processing a bit slower than I would have liked given my timeline but this was not his role.

Constant communication and updates.
