Don was very responsive and kept us looped in every step of the way, often accomodating our busy schedules and talking to us after hours and on weekends. Will definitely use him again!

From start to finish, Jordan make sure we had all our questions answered and made everything very easy to understand. He was very responsive and made the whole refinancing process pain free.

There were three choices to choose from. I feel overall it was a good experience.

Communication was clear and informative. Taylor was always easy to reach and a pleasure to work with! To no fault of hers there were some holdups on the lenders end regarding closing but all issues were resolved and closing was able to proceed...

Anthony Ryan was very helpful in giving advice and communicating with me with things going on in the background. At times I may have been a little impatient but he was there to guide me through the process. I would highly recommend him to others....

Alberto was great, I don’t believe we would have closed if not for him. The processor did not respond at all and dropped the ball, closing was delayed, buyers had to make an extra trip to Kansas from Texas not knowing if they were final approved...
