Awesome mortgage company! Very happy!

We got to work with Ana Vandever. It was a roller-coaster of emotions working with her. We could hardly get ahold of her. Ana would call from different numbers. She wouldn't work with our realtor. At the end we were told we had to reapply again....

Meghann was great and very responsive. Our complaint was out of her control. We were told we'd be charged an origination fee of $495 and had signed loan docs to that effect, but when the purchase price had to change due to the appraisal, New...

Communication was great, answered any questions we had during the process. William made the process start to finish a great experience.

Very responsive, and support is really great. The rate i got is unbeatable in the current market. Many other lenders said that the rate i got is not at all possible but these guys made it possible. I am really with American funding.
