Ken was very easy to work with, knowledgeable quick to respond and absolutely absolute delight. He made the process very easy for myself, and my client and the transaction could not have gone smoother. Hope to work with him again soon.

They hit the closing date after a loan change. Charles and his team were knowledgeable and very friendly. That is why I came back to them for a second home mortgage.

Overall experience went smoothly and Charles and his team were always very easy to work with. Their customer service was great! Everyone in his office seems to like their job and it shows through to the customer.
