I am a first time home buyer and Ken helped educate me in the home buying experience. There were times where it was frustrating and Ken always followed up with a phone call to explain why this, that, or the other thing had to be done.

Tena was available any time I called and gave me all the information I needed. I felt like she upfront and honest about everything and got us to our closing date on time.

She made sure everything was taken care of and that I was happy with the loan which is really all you can ask for.

Kasie was wonderful! She was down to earth, worked with me communication - wise answering all of my questions immediately, and had an overall great attitude! I would recommend her to anyone who is in the process of buying a house!

Ken was available anytime we needed him. He usually responds fast with the answers you need.

Ken kept me motivated and pushed me to continue to be patient whenever an obstacle came up, that could have postponed my loan . He kept faith in me and he didn’t leave my side Through out the entire journey.
