Ken was great to work with and made the process easy.

The estimate for taxes was way off than what it was. Also there were too many times that I had to come in for a wet signature instead of having them ready all on one or two days. This was inconveniant due to my work schedule.

I work nights and Vickie arranged her schedule to meet mine. She was kind and courteous. I did not have access to a computer and she helped me with all the paperwork. Nice to know we still have people with good work ethic which is hard to find...
