Charlotte was a dream to work with. She was very attentive and prompt to answer any questions we had, day or night. The closing processor was a bit more difficult in regards to prompt response and explanations and the only reason for the 9.
Their patience and excellent communication with us made the process as first time home buyers a wonderful experience.
