My proposed settlement: It was always that I would wind up with $23,000+ dollars to work with in the end. CCs paid etc., but only got $16K and change. Non covered expenses are about to eat most of that.

The experience on the part of amerisave was great. The experience with chase bank was a nightmare. I was able to get a loan through an alternate bank and that experience was fantastic and I'll give you an A+ for that.
