Advised three (3) times everything was good regarding but OH need another item. Also repeatly asked for pay info which system said (accepted). I'm not sure where/why that happened. She was professional and courteous on phone and emails.

My refi was kinda a waist, I didn't get as much as I thought I would and my payment is the same, it really was a waist of time. I now owe more that I did at the start....
