Amerisave worked really hard to Ensure I got the best deal for my home and I appreixarw I appreciate there hard work . Scott was my leading officer and he listened to every request i had and did his best to make the adjustments .

What we were asking for as far as reducing debt and getting cash out was not put together corectly. if I had not stopped things and gone back to the beginning neither side would have been happy at closing.

Communication was lacking. At the end of the loan we were told one thing about one of the charges and then the company that took over said the charge was for this years taxes, even though they told us and we have proof that it was for 2025...
