Don't send out checks for pay off purpose. In this day and time everything is electronically processed. I'm having to run all over the place to get these checks properly, safely processed. It's a pain in the *** and you need to change it!

When I needed to ask them any questions they were very prompt about getting back with me and if needed anything concerning my process in this they were there.
