With negotiations we were able to get a deal that was acceptable to both parties. I am quite pleased that we were able to lock in an interest rate before it went up.

the only thing I have to say , I was told during the loan process I was getting things paid for / which happened but also I was getting $ 100,000 cash but last day all of a sudden now I'm only gettin $70,000 very disappointed
