Communication and training should be better with your new staff that is assisting customers. Basil only helped when applying for loan or when I told your agent I was not going to pursue the loan.

Peter was very personable and did his work as if he cared about the outcome I would receive. HE is the reason that I took the process I did with Amerisave. He helped make the drawn out process to get to closure an easier route.
