I had little to no communication with Yousef during the process. The processor Bruan Ramsey became my pmount person on everything.

Manufactured homes are tough to refinance!! Not to mention the "life estate" issue! I am thankful for your communication, kindness and help with all the obstacles we encountered.

The process had a few twist and turns .
Using apps via phone was somewhat
cumbersome.
