Jennifer was always ready to answer our questions and made the whole process seamless. The e-signing app also made things extremely easy and quick.

The loan officer was amazing, however the loan processing was completely unorganized and I resent the same document multiple times And basically had to become my own processor! The documentation requested by Annie Mac is unlike any other bank...

Jen Simone was absolutely amazing, anything i needed or any questions i had she got it done or she figured it out. Her communication was outstanding! All in all my entire team was great but Jen Simone was exceptional.
