Communication was great between everyone! The rent we had to pay and how long it took to get it closed we did not like . If I had to do it over I wouldn't go with the program with all the fees we ended up paying in the end

It was a bad experience. I know the bank is looking to make a profit, but not this greedy.
The numbers I came up with in the first transaction were twice as high as the numbers I came up with in the last transaction.
