Ramsey was very responsive and takes us through the process , which was important as first time home buyers. He tried to find the best rate he could and stayed on top of the whole process allowing us to close on time.

No complaints. We used Ramsey at Embrace for the purchase and the refi. Communication was always quick and helpful, everything was completed on time... really, no complaints.
