Charles was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us step by step. We felt very comfortable moving forward. All thanks to him we just had our closing. I’m definitely recommending Charles to everyone I know!
Easily handled on line and promptly answered my questions. Got a great rate. A little disappointed in the closing costs but that wasn’t in Brooks control I don’t think.
Jake was very efficient and answered all our questions.
He was very friendly and we could call him whenever we had questions.
Overall a great experience.
