Having the ability to contact Craig directly with questions and receiving prompt responses was great as a first time homebuyer. The app is very user friendly the update videos on what to expect next were great to have.

Even after so much of back & forth, clarifications all through the journey of loan process, the overall delivery at the end to close has not been smooth. Even the title company team were solidly disturbed by the mistakes done with the documentation....
