Very efficient. We switched lenders part way through our purchase process because our original lender couldn't get an appraisal scheduled. Waterstone was able to get one scheduled really quickly.

The people here are very understanding and patient. We had issues come up that delayed the process but they walked us though it and showed us the way to our new home.
