John and his team are rock stars. They helped me get pre-qualified in a few hours when stars aligned last minute on a property. Very efficient team who even impressed the Title Co as escrow was a breeze as everything done so timely. Bravo.
Answered my call on a Saturday morning to get pre-approved ASAP when the stars aligned on a home I was selling and one I wanted to buy fell out of escrow. Was able to make an offer within a few hours thanks to April. I'm now in my dream home....
