Seems there was a breakdown in communication between realtor and Waterstone regarding items needed and last minute inspection that slowed process. This was not entirely Chris's or Waterstone's fault.

Unfortunately there was a family emergency that took Bryn out of state that made communication difficult at tumes. But overall very happy with her care. Had some technical issues with doc signing that was frustrating.
