Jacob is very professional and was able to answer my questions. Closing and all documentation process was smoothly done.
He seems to be super busy so down side was response time sometimes delayed.

Staying on top of our loan and what needed to be submitted when and locking in interest rate earlier, we feel like our mortgage could have been less if we locked sooner, but no one let us know when things were due until the last minute.
