Forced us to get mortgage points, by charging us with high amount. Would not explain clearly why charging us on this even though we had good credit scores and put good amount of down payment.

Very helpful and very responsive when i asked all the questions i did.
Jacob is amazing to work with. He answered all my questions in detail. He explained the amount breakdown for the loan and the closing costs thoroughly.
