Really bad communication, my client wanted to pull the deal just because she no longer wanted to work with him. Failed to let her know she needed to have an additional $2,700 in reserves, just very unprofessional and stressful
My experience was indeed great. Gina, Chris and Jamie were exceptionally attentive, responsive and knowledgeable, which made me feel valued as a customer.
