The clear and prompt communication made this a great experience. I was never confused or unsure about the status of my loan during this process

Chris and his team did not communicate other than email. Only time we heard from Chris was at the very beginning of the process. If I had questions, I just went to Kacee Land and she helped. I recommend her and her team but not Drexler!
