I just think the underwriter(s) should’ve known what they’d wanted. I had no problem getting anything for them, but before you loan someone that kind of money, know what you need/want from the buyer.
Mrs.Sebree was excellent she went above and beyond to help us through this process!
Tracy took the time to walk me through my loan and answer any questions I had.
Brad is so knowledgeable in his field and makes the loan process easy!
