I really appreciate the feedback and am looking forward to working with you again.

Helpful, really great for answering basic questions about how things are working (I'm sure it's Loans 101 stuff for her, but she answered very nicely and patiently), usually pretty responsive, very friendly, can contact her through text.

She was always available when we had questions and she went out of her way to help us with some issues with the title company. Was able to contact her through text messages and not have to continuously play email tag.

Kyle Johnson and his team from Cross Country Mortgage were so awesome to work with. They were extremely helpful and made the home buying process very painless. All our questions were taken care of in a timely manner and everyone was so easy...
