Professionalism, open communication, honesty
The entire process was beyond stressful and unexpected. I wasn’t given a “what to expect “ introduction in the beginning. Nissa is wonderful and extremely pleasant, the process is what is not memorable.
Communication on breaking everything down and knowing that there is no dumb questions especially when it comes to this type of procedure
