Nina was always available to help when ever I had any questions and consistently followed up to make sure everything was moving smoothly
Communication started it great. Initial rate was great.
Not so good, The rate increased, communication decreased. Signing documents set up was a bit chaotic.
Otherwise, the experience was great. Nina was very nice and polite.
