Nina was always ready to respond to my anxiety by providing accurate information in a timely fashion. She was extremely efficient and accurate and certainly made this stressful situation bearable. It was almost easy!

Thank you for sharing your experience you had with New American Funding. Customer satisfaction is our main priority and your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Buyer was not fully approved and funds were not verified. Deal almost fell apart . Part the buyers fault however in the beginning I raised my concern that the buyer was not ready and was told otherwise.
Should have been able to offer more accurate info throughout this process. I believe we were delayed when we did not have to be.
