Really easy process
How responsive and on top of my situation and got it handled in a timely manner
The whole Tharp team was amazing. Communication was always there. Helped us out every step of the way. Any questions we had they answered and made sure we got approved for the loan we needed. We are so thankful for everyone on the team.
My husband and I loved the weekly text updates and constant communication.
It was easy to communicate with you guys and East to fill out documents.

I know the market is tough to buy a home, and business is going well for lenders. I prefer a lender that thinks about the customer and not just the business of making money.
